Why rush childhood? At Magic Circle at the YWCA, we believe learning should be led by curiosity — not calendars. From infants to preschoolers, every child’s spark is honored through play, exploration, and imagination. Our educators create safe, nurturing spaces where young minds can grow freely and confidently, supported by the YWCA’s mission to empower and uplift every child.

This year, we’re focusing our giving season on two vital initiatives shaping the future:
- The Community Playground Project
We’re building a nature-based playground designed for children ages 2–5 to learn, grow, and explore through play. This space will nurture motor skills, creativity, and social connection — and will be open to families across Kingston. Learn more here - The Women’s Health Initiative
Access to holistic, trauma-informed care is a right — not a privilege. Through partnerships with Spiral Mirror, The People’s Place, and Holistic Health Community, our Women’s Health Initiative offers free and affordable wellness services that center women’s bodies and voices. Learn more here
