Early Childhood Learning Center
A New York State licensed childcare center providing daycare services for children ages
6 weeks to 5 years. The ECLC is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm. Our
Certified Teachers promote learning through play and structured activities in a safe,
age-appropriate, nurturing environment. Top
A half-day education program for 3 and 4 years olds. This Pre-Kindergarten program
also participates in Universal Pre-K through the Kingston City School District.Top
Drop-in child care centers in Kingston and Monticello for children between the ages of
6 weeks and 12 years of age. The centers provide a safe, supervised, supportive
environment while parents or guardians are engaged in court business.Top
A year round program providing on-the-job, local work experience for teenagers 13 - 15
years of age as a way to increase their self- esteem, communication and leadership
skills, and allow exposure to a work environment.Top
A successful, highly regarded program providing education, support, information, and
home visits to pregnant or parenting Ulster County teenagers under the age of 21.Top
Providing a series of six-week informational sessions helping parents with the
behavioral issues of discipline, communication, self-esteem, and parenting as a
responsibility. Participants may join the sessions at any time through the schedule.
In addition to the Parenting Education classes in our facility, we hold parenting classes
for incarcerated women at the Ulster County Jail. Top
Working to prevent unintended teenage pregnancies, support teen parents, and
emphasize teens' strengths in reaching their personal potential through information,
teen clinics, and workshops.Top
