Families Now is an intensive family preservation program exclusively serving Ulster County, New York. This program offers a range of interventions aimed at providing immediate, short-term support to families facing crises. Our goal is to prevent out-of-home placements and facilitate the early reunification of youth with their families. Families with children up to 18 years old who are at imminent risk receive prioritized referrals from the Ulster County Department of Social Services.
